<p><em>This study aims to examine the role of perceived supervisor support as a moderating influence of organisational commitment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention of employees of the Karawaci Regional Direct Sales Division of PT Linknet Tbk. This research uses an associative approach with qualitative data. The sample used in this study was employees of the Karawaci Regional Direct Sales Division of PT Linknet Tbk, with a total of 147 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by testing data quality, classical assumption test, multiple regression test and multiple regression analysis test. The results showed that organisational commitment has a positive effect on employee turnover intention, job satisfaction has no effect on employee turnover intention, and perceived supervisor support weakens the influence of organisational commitment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention.</em></p>Jeff AriansyahAminudin Aminudin

<p><em>This study aims to analyse partially and simultaneously the influence of compensation and work motivation variables on turnover intention variables. The method used in this study is descriptive and associated with a quantitative research nature. Data collection in this study used questionnaire data from 50 employees who were sampled in this study, after which the data was processed using the help of the Smart PLS 4.0 application. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) Compensation (X1) has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y) at PT. Prasindo Travel Services with the results of the t-count value (2.433> 1.96), probability value (0.015 <0.05); 2) Work Motivation (X2) has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y) at PT. Prasindo Travel Services with the results of the t-count value (4.933> 1.96), probability value (0.000 <0.05); 3) Work Motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) have a strong simultaneous effect on Turnover Intention (Y) at PT. Prasindo Travel Service with an R-Square value of 0.826 or 82.6%. The remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</em></p>Aisyah Misza Nur CholisKoesmawan Koesmawan

<p><em>The development of human resources and a good organisational culture is needed in order to create good organisational citizenship behaviour that is in line with the goals of the company or organisation. This research aims to determine the partial or simultaneous relationship between human resource development and organisational culture on organisational citizenship behaviour at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Mekaar Regional Tangerang Business Unit. The population of this study was 1,300 employees. using the Slovin formula, 93 people were used as the research sample. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used in hypothesis testing are Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Coefficient Test, and Hypothesis Test, including t Test and F Test. Based on the results of data processing using the Statistical Package for Social Science using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 26, it was found that: (1) Human Resource Development has a significant positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Organizational Culture has a significant positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and (3) it was found that there is a simultaneous influence between Resource Development behavior Human and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Tangerang Regional Mekaar Business Unit.</em></p>Iik NurhikmahAdi Musharianto

<p><em>The impact of emotional intelligence on employee performance is the focus of this research. How Locus of Control affects how well employees perform. Employee performance at CV. Irma.Zuita Tangerang is simultaneously influenced by emotional intelligence and Locus of Control . Quantitative associative is the method used in this study. According to the findings of this study, when multiple linear analysis is used, a constant value of 1.951 is produced. This means that even if the variables measuring emotional intelligence and Locus of Control remain constant or approach zero, the employee performance created will remain at 1.951. It can be concluded that the variables of emotional intelligence with Locus of Control have an effect on employee performance based on the results of the t test of the emotional intelligence variable to employee performance which obtained a value of Thitung (6,358) > Ttabel (2,052), and the results of the t test of the Locus of Control variable to employee performance which obtained a value of Thitung (6,358) > Ttabel (2,052). The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained results of 0.901 (90%) which indicates that the variables of emotional intelligence and Locus of Control have an effect of 90% on employee performance while the remaining 10% is influenced by other factors. The significant test results obtained a correlation value of emotional intelligence of 0.000 while Locus of Control is 0.000, which means that the influence of these variables is very strong.</em></p>SulaemanAdi Musharianto

<p><em>This study examines the Islamic economic perspective on monopoly practices, which have positive and negative impacts in the midst of a free market, becoming a challenge for the government in maintaining market stability. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with PRISMA guidelines, covering scientific publications in the last ten years (2014-2024). The author analyzed and extracted the main themes from 15 journal articles that met the inclusion criteria, which included market equilibrium, detrimental monopoly, state intervention, consumer protection, and business ethics. From this analysis, lacunae were found in research on non-detrimental monopoly according to Islamic economics. Further research is suggested to focus on monopolies permitted in Islamic law to provide a new perspective in dealing with the dynamics of the modern economy.</em></p>Fauzan Romadhian Khairi
